Bio Vera fleet standards & registering vehicles

Under a new Bio Vera logistics rule, we are developing and operating our own branded vehicle fleet alongside contracted partners. Vehicles that carry Vera loads must visibly and technically fit that programme—consistent identity on the road, one cold-chain doctrine, auditable telemetry.

Applying to register additional vehicles on Bio Vera logistics is only possible where there is full compliance with Bio Vera fleet requirements: prescribed truck exterior and liveries, cleanliness and sealing of the cargo compartment, refrigeration and Bio Vera-approved sensors, GPS and handover tooling, plus every other mandatory standard communicated in prospectuses and partner manuals. Vehicles that cannot meet these requirements will not be approved.

  • Exterior and graphics: Vera-approved livery, signage and markings (see prospect PDF)
  • Temperature control: refrigerated body within the mandated band; verified before route assignment
  • Telematics: Bio Vera sensor kit/GPS workflow as documented; no unauthorised substitutes
  • Cargo-area hygiene & seals aligned with published organic cold-chain rules for Vera partners
  • All other technical checks published for the Vera fleet programme remain binding
